Everything was nice, fantastic location just off the garden shed, St Austell and surrounding area and close to the Eden Project, attentive staff. We got room with cosy decor and a big size bathroom to relax. We had savoury, great breakfast with the toast. Enjoyed the location in the centre of Cornwall. The place was quiet, no complains at all, would recomand.
